Default Special Offer - Coolant Reroute Kits (spacers, block plates, gaskets) - Only in July!

Hi,

I'd like to offer you coolant reroute kits which provide you all you need except for hose and the thermostat housing cover. This is a great saving considering the costs of buying items like gaskets, plugs etc. separately. Offer is valid only until end of June.

Shipping next day after payment received. Instructions below.

Sorry about the photo quality, I'm currently so busy I can't afford to play with it more... Thank you for understanding.

Customer feedback:
"Kit received and it looks AWESOME! Thank you so much for the deal!"
"Very quick delivery and well pleased with quality of items delivered, many thanks!"
"Results were good and i see 9 degree's C less than standard cooling system. SUCCESS!"
"Mine arrived today! Thanks Samuel. Top job!"

I supplied more than hundred kits worldwide, so I'm confident you'll be satisfied with the quality.

----- ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- -----

Price for a complete kit:
A.) $94 for engines with fan switch in front of the engine (http://diy.icydesigns.com/i/368-p2.jpg)
B.) $89 for engines without fan switch in front of the engine
C.) $79 with freeze plug instead of blanking plate regardless of the engine

Tracked flat rate shipping for $5 virtually anywhere. Delivery usually takes around 8 business days.
Fees are not included in the price ($4 or pay without fees on my side).

This is a great price when you consider what you get!

"A" and "B" kits contain:
spacer with outlet to heater hose and thread for temp sensor
blanking plate (plain in "B" kit or threaded for fan switch in "A" kit)
heater hose barb with O-ring seal
new thermostat gaskets
16 mm brass plug for hole in 1.6 NA thermostat housing
M8 mounting bolts (the longer one for Kia housing included)
new copper washer under temp sensor
M8 nut for easy threaded stud removal

"C" kit contains:
spacer with outlet to heater hose and thread for temp sensor
heater hose barb with O-ring seal
new thermostat gaskets
16 mm brass plug for hole in 1.6 NA thermostat housing
M8 mounting bolts (the longer one for Kia housing included)
new copper washer under temp sensor
M8 nut for easy threaded stud removal
30 mm freeze plug for the engine is included

Optional block off (securing) plate over the freeze plug is $12 on top.

What you need to source by yourself:
about 1 meter of 1-1/4" coolant hose with 100° bend or a flexible hose or Gates 22436 or Dayco E72380
a few hose clips for the coolant hose and hose connectors to join the hoses
thermostat housing from 1.6 engine (B61P-15-172, NM00632) or Kia housing (0K24715172A)
I recommend to get one valve type thermostat (not necessary, but two valve is a tight fit)

How to order:
PM me with the kit you want + your postal address and I will send you payment details. I'll also provide you tracking link after I ship the items.

General info:
The reroute spacer is simple, but effective design with two threaded holes - one for temperature sensor, one for heater core hose connection. The blanking plate has a threaded fan sensor hole for 1.6 NA, or just plain plate for 1.8 NA and NB engines. Items have been professionally machined from 6082 T6 aluminium alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. The spacer fits all types of NA/NB/NBFL engines and gearboxes (for 1.8 you need to remove the bottom coils mount). Without pipe modifications EGR system is not compatible with any reroute with spacer.

Few hints and tips:
- reroute on VVT engines (NBFL 147 PS) should be used with non-VVT head gasket (98-00 NB)
- don't delete the heater core as it's wise to keep the coolant flowing for proper warm-up, unless it's a track car
- if you have 1.6 NA, but you run fans from custom ECU, you can order the "B/C" version
- in case you have EGR system on your 99+ car, you will need to slightly modify the EGR pipe to fit with the kit

Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Cheers,
Samuel

I have been running one these kits for awhile now and I am very pleased with it. Would highly recommend. Proper fitting thermostat housing and radiator hose can be found on amazon here in the states.

Do you still have these for sale? What thermostat part number do you recommend?
