Rear knuckle/spindle upper spherical bearing adapter
what is it:
these provide a way of installing and being able to replace a spherical bearing (heim) into the upper position of the rear knuckle. the sleeve gets "glued" into the knuckle with retaining compound (or welded) and holds a bearing in with a snap ring as well as being a press fit.
why a spherical?
this particular bushing location requires longitudinal in addition to axial rotation. the stock rubber bushing just deflects to achieve this, but poly and delrin can bind. the spherical bearing gets rid of all the deflection with out any of the binding associated with other bushing solutions.
heres the original thread for how these came to be:

i have 3 pairs left for sale. i have made up standard spacers for 2 sets, they are boxed and ready to go. i am going to make the 3rd set to order in case you have V8R rear upper control arms using a cam bolt, as those are different. please let me know if you have non stock rear upper control arms so we can make sure you get the right spacers.
price for a set is $85 shipped CONUS, USPS priority flat rate box insured and tracked. if you are international let me know and i can get you a quote.
what you get:
-2 adapter sleeves, CNCed 1018 mild steel
-2 snap rings
-4 spacers, made on a manual lathe by me out of 7075-t6 aluminum
what you will need:
-retaining compound for the adapter sleeves, or you can weld them in.
-2 spherical bearings which must strictly adhere to these dimensions: Item # AIB-10T, AIB Series Spherical Bearings On Aurora Bearing Co.
i highly suggest a teflon lined version as thats what the bore of the adapters was engineered for, beside the fact that they should last longer.
here are some lower quality alternatives to the aurora posted above

i can do another run of these as well if there is enough interest.

also, i thought i should let potential customers know that you can purchase with confidence, knowing that all proceeds will go directly toward my motorsports addictions, whether it be 2 or 4 wheels.
