According to what I have gathered from you and sixshooter. My WGA is bad.
With EBC most of the creep is gone cause Im running 14psi. I guess I am getting close to the desired flow path?
IMO if I just tuned it for 15-16psi I think the turbo wouldn't have any issues with creep or spiking. I just don't feel comfortable at that pressure. Id rather spike slightly in the low-mid range than hold that high of pressure through out the power band.

My boost target. It doesn't matter really. It happens just off of wg pressure as well. Example just off WG pressure I was hitting 1st-7psi 2nd-3rd 7 creeping to 10 psi 4th-7 creeping to 12 psi and 5th 7 creeping to 15psi. Now with my porting its at 1st -7psi 2nd- 7 psi 3rd -7-8 psi 4th 7psi creeps 9 psi and 5th 7 creeps to 10psi stays solid around 4800rpm.

so youre really talking about not being able to tune EBC correctly?
but if now that youre ported to only creep to 10psi, then why cant you tune to 10psi for EBC like I did in my dyno plots above?

P is for gain or how quickly it gets there
I is to tune out ossolations or to help stay on target
D is for dampening the slight overshoot or ossolation once at target.
And by increase P I actually mean decrease it from 150
Rinse and repeat as I increases P might need to be increased as well.
This is how I have always tuned boost. Never had an issue on many different setups. Only this turbo

New logs, increased the preload 1 full turn on the WGA now it opens around 8.2psi and I was able to get to 6000 rpm without hitting overboost which is set at 13psi. My max boost was about 11psi, if it doesn't creep past 12 or 13 by 6500 rpm I will leave the port alone.
I think this is 2nd and 3rd.
4th gear pull but I hesitated initially so it is kind of screwed
I will say this thing is "Bad ***!"
Thanks everyone for all the info and help.
Thanks Lars!

I am glad you are enjoying it. Hopefully we get a few of the others who have ordered them posting up how they like them. Also don't forget to take Nigelt out for a ride so he knows what he is missing out on.

sonofthehill needs to tune his accel enrichments better.
I'd still like someone, after porting, to remove the wastegate actuator from the wastegate, wire the wastegate open, then take a log to 7000RPM.

I will wire my wastegate open and take a log for you Brain.
I was trying to get my EAE working before the kit showed up but I wasn't able to so my settings are a bit screwed. I am working on it, EAE sure would be nice with this thing.

I plan to have Nigel take me for a ride once I am sure it won't blow itself up. I want to see a few things live in tuner studio while I don't need to pay attention to driving.
