I am working as quickly as I can. Last night I finished cutting up all the manifold pieces. Tonight I want to get them all beveled and tack welded together. Friday is finishing the NB mid pipe. Sunday will hopefully be working on the NA exhaust.

Nope. I don't have the setup on a running car right now. Manifold and downpipe was pulled to build the jigs and test fit on NB's. I am hoping to get my 97 back together tomorrow night, but that will depend on getting a t3 manifold finished by then. If I do get the car back together I will try to get some more sound clips.

Last night I got all the weld el's and tee's beveled and welded together. Next is brining over my old spare head and getting them all welded to the flanges. It is supposed to be 30's outside tonight. So I don't know if I will be making it to the garage or not to work on stuff. I can only tolerate it being so cold while working with huge chunks of metal.

Over the cold weekend I got all the manifolds tack welded to the head flanges. I finished up the welding to the head flanges on 4 of them. Hoping to finish the other 8 in the next few days. Then will come cutting the hole and welding on the t3 flanges.
I worked on the NB exhaust a bit more. Got the mid pipe tacked together, then realized that I did not have on the rear brace. When I installed that the mid pipe just barely hits. So I need to go back and fix that. Should be relatively easy and a quick fix.

Spent about 3.5 hours in the garage this evening. All manifold are welded to the flanges. Next is cutting the holes and welding on the T3 flange. Luckily my plasma cutter comes in Saturday so that should make cutting the holes relatively easy.

Probably not. While welding to the head flange I have it bolted to an old spare heat as a giant heat sink. I let them cool off on there before I remove them. So far the head flanges have seemed pretty flat. For the T3 flanges, those are extremely thick as is. I will be welding them on with a large heat sink bolted to them so I am not expecting them to warp. If any are warped I will figure out the best way to get them flat.
Fedex updated my tracking for the plasma cutter and now it won't be here until Tuesday. So I am trying to get over to a buddies house in the next few days to use his to get the holes cut. I really don't want to have to use my angle grinder, as it is slow and loud. Today and tomorrow it is supposed to be in the 30's all day so I would rather not spend to much time in the garage. Over the weekend supposed to be in the 60's and 70's so I wan to put in as much time as I can while I have a brief warm spell. I would love to get all the manifolds done by Sunday.
