Here is the HF saw blade with the size that works with my saw. I will look on Amazon and see if I find any saw blades in the right size. This link seems to have one in the right size. I will order it today and see how it works. I am looking for more on amazon supply of the right size and have not found many.
This is the saw going at it on a Tee.
1.6 kits ship tomorrow. I could probably do an EGT bung if requested.

For a quick update. All the manifolds are done. The NB setup has been redone. I will be updating the jigs in the next few days. Then comes redoing the NA exhaust to fit in boxes. I am hoping to get that worked on the first weekend in March. Once jigs are done I expect the actual time spent building exhausts to go quickly. So the first few setups are bit behind, but I expect the tail end ones to be done a bit sooner then planned.

Turbo is shipping in the box that they came to me in. I am simply opening the boxes, clocking the CHRA and exhaust housing to the correct positions, then putting it back in the box. If you want your turbo sooner I can gladly ship those out now. Just pm me if that is what you want.
Axle back and down pipe will ship in 1 box. Manifold, mid pipe, egr block off plate, and v-band clamps will all ship in a second box.

I don't even think I would know where to start with trying to use something like that. And I will also never make enough off MKTurbo to even afford the down payment on a machine like that. My profit margins are way to low to afford big fancy nice equipment. On the plus side, since I make no money, it means you guys the consumer get better low prices on the setups.

Auto feed only works with long stock, it wont feed weld els
Hydmech is awesome though, we have them at work, you get what you pay for.
The blade for that is more money than mine and Lars saw cost

I can appreciate tools, and thats really cool.
In talking about saws again, I happened to snap one of my nice blades a month or two back- for those of you that follow me on instagram-i posted the picture.
I had to change over to a spare blade (a "cheap"bi-metal blade from princess auto -canadian version of your harbor freight) after the minimal use it would have gotten in the last month or two its already cutting out of parallel, and at a much slower rate than my nice blade that actually costs the same amount but is a special order blade. The HF/PA blade is out of square roughly 1/16" over a 3" tube, so im spending a lot of time squaring it up at the sander after the cut. Wasting time and $.
Consider custom blades from a local industrial tool supplier- you can consult the people that they supply parts for to get suggestions for your application, after a few blades or roughly $500-1000 in blades you will figure out what works and what blades dont have any advantage for the extra $ spent.

Believe me I want these out as fast as your guys do. Tonight I should hopefully be finishing the NB mid pipe. A section hangs a bit lower then I would so I need to bring it up some. Once that one is good, the NB gets rolled out of the garage, the 94 gets rolled in, and I start on changing the v-band flange location on the NA exhaust. Weather is supposed to be nice all weekend and I am hoping to spend the weekend getting the changes finished. Once the first one is done, the jigs get made, then all the others should be quick after that.
