Damn sorry to hear this. You have the best username here.

Hope your wife is ok
Wifey is fine. Like I said, airbags iz scurry. She just looked like "domestic violence Barbie" for a day.

This is by far my favorite car forum on the internet from both a technical and a humor perspective, so I do intend to stick around a bit. I built and installed an MS3X on a VW VR6 and this site (with a few others help) basically taught me how to do that. As well as convert the steering on the same car to manual the "proper" way. It's sad when you go to a miata site for GTI advice. I really do DETEST the VW community.

I need a drivers side bumper brace. The thin metal rod that connects to the very corner of the bumper.

I believe it. Triggered a 90s pax side minivan airbag just to see for myself how bad they are- can't imagine taking that to the face. That toy van ended up two neighbors down and went about 150ft. in the air.

I'm interested in the 2554 but the forum won't let me pm you due to low post count. If no one has bought it yet could you please email me at rev44spike @ yahoo dot com. Thanks.

Friends,

I'm trying desperately to keep up. I'm pulling things apart as fast as possible, but I'm also new car shopping. Anyway thanks for your patience.

As said, I have tons of interest. I haven't taken any deposits on the cool stuff as it's not out of the car yet and I'm not comfortable taking your money till I can put it in a box. I think I forgot how much of a bitch some of the choice bolts on the turbo and downpipe can be. I'm just yanking the entire engine out so bare with me.

I'm making a list of dibs parts to keep myself sane and keep questions to a minimum.

Rharris: Dibs on Begi downpipe and FM mani (pending me getting the bastards free)

fastnfurious7: link?
Beatrush brace
2560

hankclaussen: 2554

turotufas: 90 parts car

buffon: CAS from 97

UrbanFuturistic: rollbar

This is not a paid list yet, this is a dibs list, most of these cats are waiting on me to get my **** together, or we are ironing out details. If any of them back out I will update the thread.

If you don't feel I am doing you due diligence in responding, bug me more.

Stick: talking with my fabricator in the next few days, I'll get more details on the intake and post them.

I'm attaching some pics of the absurdflow manifold by request.

I'm surprised no body is interested in the coilovers, seeing as how hard it is to actually get bernie to do any work... They are stellar BTW. Maybe you'll message me tomorrow...

Kisses XOXO

pics of coil-overs? will they drop into an 03 SE?

I actually know you from RX7 Club... I'm 81WideMariah over there, just bought a Miata as a DD since the 12a blowthrough wants to be a bitch, and keeps "self-destructing". I've read good things about those Stewart Re-valves.... how's the ride?

Haha, yeah I got a turbo miata when my turbo 7 kind of got a mind of it's own and become more race car, and less daily driver.

I'm using NB mounts all around, so they should bolt up, but I think they are NA bilsteins and I don't know what that means for NB guys. I know NB shocks will go in to NA cars but I don't know the reverse of that.

The shocks (and thus the "ride") are amazing and far exceed my expectations. The car feels very stiff and responsive, yet passes the "wife test." I used to think that you needed soft springs to have a good ride, these shocks changed my philosophy. It's firm but supple, and it handles bumps admirably. Conventional wisdom says that 450 is as stiff as you'd want for a street car, but these take it so well, I wish I'd gone stiffer.

New update for you all, I have secured a new vehicle, but have to go out of town to get it. This process has made my wrenching rather slow, but I haven't had transportation so it's a need. I'll be gone Thursday and Friday, but should be back with a vengeance Saturday.

Did that dual exhaust require cutting the bumper?
