This is all new.
Mounting tabs are the little ears over the inlet/outlets. A drill your own where you want 'em kind of deal.
Unsure about max efficiency. I know it looks like it will work great(more than I need for my setup), and that it is XSPOWER. Which means exactly that. Putting this on your car will give you so much extra power you will have to buy new tires, and maybe new underwear.

Still have it all:
(2) 2.5" to 3" adapter/couplers with t-bolt clamps
(1) 3" Stainless Elbow they are mounted to
(1) 2.5" inch silicone elbow
I may end up using some of this on my intake if it doesn't sell, but let me know exactly what you need.
This is from an eGay kit, but it not the cheap rubber junk, it actually has 3 layers of fibrous material in it, and the t-bolt clamps are pretty damn nice. The silicone elbow looks pretty sturdy.

PM me your zip.
No, please see above.
It would be hard to bend the fins, since it's a block and plate construction, and not tube and fin crap.
That means it's sturdy, and more efficient.

Might come down a little, but am using one for an air intake right now. If I need it for my compressor inlet this weekend of course I'll be much less willing to sell.
I've got the intercooler for sale on local CL, so I'll probably end up giving away what I don't use, will keep ya posted.
