1.6 Miata turbo, manifold and downpipe $600
This setup was on my 90 miata for two years, multiple autocrosses and one track day. I took it off when a friend bought the miata in stock form, so all the goodies came off. It had developed an exhaust leak that was noticeable only after a hot start, turns out the flange had warped, causing a crack to form between #1 and #2 exhaust ports. The flange was milled flat, and the crack was completely ground out and re-welded. The turbo flange looked good, but we took off a few thousands just to be sure.
The turbo is a real Garrett T3 with a 5 psi wastegate. It has very little shaft play and leaks no oil. It comes with the oil drain tube, braided steel oil feed line and the adapter fitting for use on a 1.6 block.
The downpipe is 2.25” mandrel bent 16 gauge with two O2 bungs. It has the same 3 bolt flange as and bolts up to the stock exhaust. I jigged the stock 1.6 header, so the end of the DP is in the exact same place as the stock header was (shown in the “mani and dp new” pic.
Both the manifold and the downpipe are ceramic coated. The manifold coating has discolored, but the downpipe still looks great.
Miata Megasquirt ECU, 440 cc injectors, electronic boost control $600, $900 with the wideband
GM coolant and air temp sensor needed, otherwise ready to go out of the box. 2 years of daily driving, never failed me. Can pass a sniffer test with careful tuning. Uses stock wiring for ignition input/output and injector output. Spark map is from Flyin Miata. Configured for NGK AFX wideband, but can use nearly any unit. Wiring key included with stock wire colors for 90. This is a V3 board running MS1 squirt'nspark HiRes.
The injectors are Airtex # 10-8046 and were bought new 2 years ago from Doctor Injector (http://docinjector.com). They have seen around 10k miles of use. New o-rings will be needed, or you can use the ones from your old injectors. The injectors are not plug/play, but clips are included to wire them in.
The boost solenoid is the standard GM part used in most MS boost control setups.
Miata luggage and bike rack $250
Classic Carriers luggage and bike rack for 1999 - 2005 Miata. This rack requires no drilling, it clamps onto the front and rear of the trunk lid. One of the bike trays is 56" long and the other is 46" long. Also included is a fork to hold the front tire.
Buyer pays actual shipping, approximatley $15 for the MS, $40 for the turbo, and $50 for the rack. I've got some more pics I can email if you are interested.
