He has been responding to emails though. Says he's been out of town with a family emergency. Told me he would get it out today. I'll follow up if we can't get this resolved. I try to see assume the best in people, but I'm not naive. I have more time before a paypal claim will be necessary.

I had to go up to Toronto unexpectedly. I believe I emailed you the tracking number Trent, no? It went out the day I told you it would be going out. The muffler is gone btw also. I've sold lots of stuff here before and crap on ebay all the time. I'm certainly not out to screw you out of a 20 dollar spare tire...

I know you're not. That wouldn't make any sense at all given your good standing on this site. But the fact does remain that it's been a month, and I still don't have the tire.
I know it sounds petty, but I had a reason for jumping on it when I did. My dad is going on a road-trip next week to Panama City in his Miata, and I would feel better about him making the trip in his old Miata if he had a spare, given that his tires are not in the best shape. I bought it with plenty of time to spare, and now we're cutting it pretty close.
To you, it may just be a "$20 spare tire", but to me it's kind of important.
For the record, I haven't received any tracking info. I just double-checked my account, including the junk-mail folder.
