FS: customized BEGI/FM turbo system
i don't want to do this, but i have to.
it is essentially an FM2 but improved for reliability and performance:
FM3 turbo manifold - rare. wastegate port capped, can be converted to external wastegate opperation quite easily. all mating surfaces spec'd for planar trueness. new turbo mounting studs (grade 10) with FM stepped washers to prevent loosening. new grade 8 nuts for turbo.
GT2554R turbo (garrett ball-bearing turbo). no play, low mileage MS protege turbo. checked and cleaned, like new. clocked for a miata. COMPLETELY dressed: billet wastegate bracket, NEW wastegate actuator (7-8psi), new coolant fittings with 6-AN fitting to aircraft-grade aluminum tubing (to move lines away from heat), NEW oil braided SS oil feed line WITH all -AN fittings to and from the engine to turbo (including fitting to the engine block). NEW billet oil drain and gasket with 10-AN SS braided drain line (10-AN to 1/2" NPT oil pan adapter included).
FM2 downpipe. It was used, CA car. it is in excellent condition, no rust.
BRAND NEW BEGI intercooler system, small intercooler, good for 10psi. all clamps and connectors included, powdercoated black, polished "dustpan" (air filter not included, but easy to get), AFM mount, and AFM mount replacement (2.5" 90 degree stainless elbow, if you run a standalone ecu w/o an AFM), bosche rerirc BOV (NEW).
includes 10' of reinforced coolant hose (3/8" ID) for turbo, new BEGI heat shield, and associated odds and ends.
$2000 + shipping
balanced and blueprinted high-imp rx-7 550cc injectors (plug and play with standalone) add $200 (includes data sheet)
i accept paypal, you pay the fees though.

No worries Chris.
I will try tokeep associated hardware with the appropriate components so it doesn't look like a big bag of chips. I still have the BEGI intercooler instructions. it's a pretty straight-forward install, but i think the following site should help you a lot:

"That was easy" - sold! Just working out the shipping. Again - Thanks for the link to the advert (from my other post). I guess I'll be hanging out here in miataturbo.net with the cool kids now.
