Default FS: COP Kits (Toyota COPS, plugs, capacitors, weatherpacks)

So I was going to build a batch of COP kits. But I've gotten lazy.

So I have the supplies to make (i believe) 6 sets of COPs for our cars.

These are the slightly taller COPs, so a bottom mount plate would work just right. I tested fitted them on my engine before it went away and it fit Very snuggly down the spark plug tube. I suspect some might want to sand/shave the rings off or down.

Each 'Kit" would include:
4 Toyota Cops
4 OEM Toyota Cop plugs w/ pigtail
2x Capacitors to do the inline capacitor mod
Components to make your own weatherpacks (plugs, seals, crimps)

You would then need to make a plate and run wiring.

Looking to get $100 + shipping per 'kit'.

I will have pictures and such tonight. Going to bag all the extras up so its nice and simple.

Pictures of all that is included:
4 Toyota COPs
4 OEM Toyota COP plugs with pigtail
1 6pin weatherpack (male/female)
1 2pin weatherpack (male/female)
10 male pins
10 female pins
20 rubber wire/pin seals
1 10k Capacitor

Ready to ship. I think I'm going to just say if you use paypal, $110 shipped to CONUS. That includes a 3% fee coverage and shipping.

Wow......looks good! I only have 2 questions:

Besides wiring this whole thing up, what else would I have to do?

I plan to run a T25 with meth and fmic on a 2001 1.8L with VVT. Hoping to run in the range of 200hp. Would I benefit from this or is this mostly for high hp cars?

If I remember right, numerous people have run them without an aftermarket ecu with no issues. I'm not personally familiar with the setup for an '01 though. My best suggestion to you (and anyone planning to do this), go to the COP thread and make good use of the knowledge laid out there.

My COP knowledge is behind the curve at this point to be honest.

That allows you to set everything up perfectly and definitely not run into anything odd. I ran mine off a MS for a couple years.

A word to the warning, these will not fit into the VVT engine without modifications in the valve cover.

Another word to the wise: You will need to fabricate some fashion of a bracket to hold these down, if you run a MS I believe you need a 1k resistor on your harness as well. The hydra apparently does not like batch firing and will only do sequential (in my experience).

Otherwise they are fantastic for getting more spark. I suggest them.

Tossing out paypal info to all that requested. Basically once these 6 'kits' are gone thats it. Since I was to lazy to build fully wired up PnP kits... I'm not going to make any more of these up

I will also look to see if I have any 1k resistors around for the people who want to make sure their tach works with MS (can do it in wiring harness or in the test jumper box).

Which modifications are needed? Just in case someone with VVT wants to go this route. I know the rings made it snug going into my 1.6l. But don't have personal experience on a 1.8 vvt.

I don't see why not? I'd need an address though and I'd ask that we do $103 + actual shipping.

PM me with your details and I can see if its worth both our time.
