FS: BRP MP62 Supercharger (Hotside)
SOLD
My supercharger setup is for sale - getting ready for the Ecotec install.
Installed for the last eight years mostly without issue.
What's Included
MP62 from BRP designed for NB '99-'05 but should fit '94-'97 with some tinkering.
6 - Rib, 65mm nose pulley, 95mm Crank Pulley
Auto Tensioner assembly
Head Bracket assembly with fasteners
Intake air filter and Intake Hose
Cross Over tubes (w/boss for extra temp sensor)
J&S Knock sense w/O2 clamp - pulls timing if it hears knock. Adjustable O2 clamp voltage.
3" Throttle body at supercharger intake
Two used 6-rib belts (but you'll want a new one, just because)
Dual throttle body setup so it idles and responds to the gas pedal like stock (no idle dip issues here)
All the bolts and clamps needed
Wiring and connectors for the J&S
What's not included that you want or need
I never used an intercooler so I don't have one.
If you have A/C consider a bigger radiator.
Fuel Management - I used a Powercard, you will want something better. If you are going to add more boost (bigger pulleys) then you'll need better engine management (Megasquirt).
This setup as is gives peak boost of 6.5psi. It dynoed on a Mustang Dyno at 167whp.
Asking $1500 or we can talk about your generous offer.
There's more. If you're local to Toronto, Canada I could help with the install. So that's all the parts and free install (advice while you do the work).
Interested, I'll send any pics you need, that I have, to help with your decision.

Do you think it would be possible to adapt this to a NA 1.6? Not a chance?

Damn, I bought mine for 2100. Great price. Good luck with the sale!
Side question: Is the exhaust manifold bracket the only bracket that mounts the blower to the engine?

The Head Bracket Assembly replaces three upper manifold studs with longer, grade 10 ones. There is an underbrace which picks up on the front lower manifold stud and a bolt which picks up where the front lifting eye is normally mounted. So yes, a five point mounting is the 'only' bracket connecting the blower to the engine.
