These started life in a 5.0L Mustang, or maybe a E-150 van or F-150. I buy them with low mileage and clean, backflush, and ultrasonic bathe them, before being flow testing and matching. I developed custom tooling to modify the tops so they will fit in the Miata fuel rail, and now they are ready for action! The problem is, I don't have a car ready to put these in yet right now, so if anyone is interested in trying them out, You can save dozens of dollars.
Just like FF640s, they are Bosch EV14 with unmodified tips for OEM precision and atomization and come with plug and play kits. They are ideal for someone who is running a higher powered naturally aspirated build with E85, or a lower-powered gas turbo project on a budget. Flow rate at 3bar is 380cc, 440cc at 4bar. That means they should be good for around 200whp in an NA; 230whp in an NB.
Once we get some miles on and some positive feedback, these will go on sale for $239. The first couple people who want to test them out (and are ready to install them shortly) can have a set for $150. Modified tops to fit the Miata fuel rail PNP kit and flow rate card
Ooh interesting. Is this the same sort of deal as the 960's where you're looking for pnp data? or do they come with all specs
They come with dead times I found on the internets. They are a super common injector though, so I am expecting them to be pretty accurate. I'm mostly interested in acecdotal experience of drivability, idle, install ease etc.
What do you consider "shortly"? I'm on the ***-end of a VVT swap in my 95 that will be E85/E98 powered. Looking for first-start and tuning in the next few months.

I would measure shortly on a scale of days not months 😂
Im curious if you will ever be offering the 47lb injectors from ford? Alot of NA mustang guys use them for e85. It would be a good injector for max stock bottom 90-05 without having to go up to a gt500 injector but not as small as the 36lb and still have great ve resolution. Late Model Restoration sells them for $275 (8) brand new from ford. I would love to have a set with your adapter kit and calibrated by you.

The 550cc (47lb) injectors are functionally equivalent to the bigger 640cc injectors, except they flow less and require cutting (like our new 380cc ones). There is no downside to the 640s other than price, so having a slightly smaller injector in our lineup doesn't really make sense. I wanted to be able to offer a much more affordable option on the low end, and the 550s wouldn't come out cheaper enough to be worth running as a separate product. The 380s, on the other hand, we can get from Ford dealers that upgrade 5.0L Mustangs with superchargers at the dealership, which means we can pick them up for far less than the 550s. That said we do offer that exact injector, flow matched for the NC, but we sell very few of them.
