Flipside Intake Manifold and Q45 Throttle Body
Just got my Flipside Customs intake manifold back from being modified and it's now time to sell it. It has thicker material for the plenum area than the original design and has been pressure tested to 60#. Three bungs are included (for brake booster, map, etc), but not currently welded to the manifold. You will want to test fit it prior to deciding on where to place those because it's a very tight fit underneath. Installation is not easy and will require running a modified alternator bracket (not included). My plan is to sell it as a package with the Q45 throttle body which has been machined to work with this manifold. I'm asking $450 for the pair.

I'm selling it because I don't wish to have a Flipside manifold on my car. I picked up quite a bit of power up top, but lost some torque down low.
For anyone that is interested in this, I would contact Rob at Flipside and ask him about building an intermediate piece that would go between the manifold and the head. This would angle the manifold up and also give the runners several additional inches in length. Sure this manifold made power, but I believe it still can be improved.

Looks nice Jay... If I was still doing a Miata engine I would snag this up from you right now for sure. GLWS.

Bid away, the reserve is at $200 for now. Any less than that and I'll just chop it up and use it for target practice. I'm also willing to trade if you happen to have something that my car might need/want. I still do have the throttle body that will bolt up to this if anyone's interested in having the complete package.

Mainly just after safety items such as quality 6 point harnesses, Sparco TEC seat, Miata specific mount for seat, front lip, driving suit, driving gloves, driving shoes, etc...I know some items wouldn't be even and would require additional cash, but I'm open to offers.
