DIYPNP (MegaSquirt2 PNP) 99-00 NB1
Ad is long. If interested, please read in entirety. Do not skip over the details. I want the seller to understand what they're buying, and I want to be comfortable with the buyer before releasing the ECU.
DIYPNP "plug and play" ECU for 99-00 Miata. What you get is the assembled DIYPNP with sequential upgrade board and homebrew alternator control circuit installed. Alternator control circuit was based on JasonCSBB's design.
This has been a great ECU for me. Not only was it in my car for something like 7 years, but it landed me a job where I've been for the past 6 years. I simply do not have a need for it any longer as I upgraded to an off the shelf MSPNP-Pro last week. Hey, perks of the job!
FULL DISCLOSUE: I built this myself and it was my first foray into DIY MegaSquirt products. I bought this from DIY before its official launch and built it before instructions existed (they offered me a job afterwards). And I did a lot of experimenting with this ECU, so the jumper wires have been worked and reworked. Cosmetically, it's kind of ugly inside the box. Electrically, it's been a great ECU for me, and I've never had even a single problem. I put close to 10k miles on it over the years, including a 1k mile roadtrip.
I am not looking to sell to the first person who waves cash at me. The potential buyer needs to be aware that this is sold as a 'project ECU', and they may need to pick up a soldering iron to adjust something to their needs/application. This was a kit built ECU after all. If you want a commercially produced PNP ECU solution with full on support and warranty, pick up a MSPNP from a vendor such as Goodwin or 949. If you are looking for a bargain ECU, and you understand which end of the soldering iron gets hot, this might be good for you. I reserve the right to screen prospective buyers.
Upon request, I will load the newest monitor and firmware to the DIYPNP before shipping it.
This is a personal sale. $350 shipped in the US 48.
