Thumbs up Coolant Block-Off and Reroute Spacer // EGR Block-Off // EGR Block-Off with FPR Mount

As my need for some of these parts came to be, I had some made with hopes it would recoop cost and maybe turn into a side thing while I was trying to find a new job after a recent layoff.

Here's the stuff:

Coolant Block-Off Plate (at cylinder head) with Fasteners and Freeze Plug - $19 Shipped

Upper EGR Block-Off Plate with Fasteners - $16 Shipped

Lower EGR Block-Off Plate with Mount for Fuelab "mini" 535 FPR - $29 Shipped

I'm also having working on reroute spacers and a mounting solution for LS D585 Coils. As these get completed I'll throw them up as well.

If you're interested in multiple pieces, let me know ahead of time and I will see if I can combine shipping costs.

Had some technical difficulties, but we're back in business now!

I've also got a site up that may make these transactions more convenient for those interested.

Would this work on an NB? As in, is there enough space for the gauge?

I was having trouble seeing some of them on the mobile site, but on the laptop all is well.

I'll see if I can re-upload them just to be safe.

Thanks for the heads up!

Tiki - The engine bay pic is shown from my NA with a VVT engine and flat top intake manifold. Unless you things in the area where it is depicted, I wouldn't expect clearance issues.

Thanks,
Michael

GOOD NEWS!

Just got our first batch or reroute spacers in. I'll be picking them up tonight, and will be able to ship them out Monday with any orders placed this weekend. More details this evening.

I'm working on getting the spacers up on the site.

Here are some better pictures to hold you over.

Yossi,

I assure you I haven't forgot about you. There are unfortunately several issues that can come up when shipping outside the continental US. I will get back with you as soon as I can.

Thanks,
Michael

This is a studded connection, which will have a nut already supplied from the EGR system and works just fine to attach the block off.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks,
Michael

Just as a quick note, the reroute spacers are up on the site.

I had a question come through regarding the engraving causing an issue sealing. The logo is in an area which won't be contacted by the gaskets, so there isn't anything to worried about there.

Thanks,
Michael

What sort of issues? I'll also buy a set if you can sort the Intl shipping.
