BUILT 1.6 motor for sale!
Motor has exactly 3,809 miles since its first start up
broken in with regular dino oil. been running rotella t6 synthetic since 2500 miles mark. dyno'd motor when it hit 3k miles and made 324RWHP
motor is capable of hitting 500+HP easy.
-rebello worked over head (front water port is plugged off for coolent re-route)
-viton valve stem seals
-OBX adjustable cam gears
-camshaft seals
-NEW OEM MAZDA hydralic lifters
-intake manifold gasket matched as well as intake ports on head (work done by Rebello)
-ARP head studs
-COMETIC metal head gasket .030in thickness
-wrinkle red valve cover with custom mounts for holding down COPS
-valve cover gasket
-CAS o-ring
-Custom coolent re-route set up( coolent re-route hoses included!)
-intake manifold sandblasted so looks fresh and clean inside and out!
-hondata intake manifold gasket
-coolent passages on intake manifold blocked off with custom plates
-GATES blue racing timing belt
-new water pump
-Water pump outlet neck is tapped with a size -6AN fitting for the water supply for the turbo. Block has the second water fitting on its side next to the oil feed port.
-new alternator
-new waterpump & alternator belt
-boundary engineering blue printed racing HI-FLOW oil pump ( shimmed for extra + 7psi ) (EXTRA protection again oil to bearing starvation)
-front crank seal
-OEM mazda timing belt pulley kit
-Supertech forged 8.8:1 low compression pistons
-949 racing h-beam forged rods
-ARP rod bolts
-CALICO teflon coated race bearings (extra protection again bearing starvation)
-ACL racing main and thrust bearings
-ARP main studs
-rear main crank seal
-Crank has over $800 in work done to it ALONE. ALL oil passages plugs in crank were removed so all oil passages could be honed out and cleaned with new plugs installed. an additional 2 more oil feed holes were added for each rod bearing (EXTRA protection again failure) so now each rod bearing gets 3 oil feed ports. Crank was lightend but NOT though typical knife edge procedure. I had this process done for the additial torque gains. Pictures explain where the weight from the crank was removed. After weight was removed crank was fully balanced ALONG with the entire motors rotating assembly (rods and pistons) $800
-Block also had extensive surgery to insure this build would be 100% perfect! Blocks oil gallery plugs were removed to clean out gunk build up in all the oil passages and hone out the holes further for even better flow. The top deck of the block was resurfaced. cylinder walls were bored out to .20 overbore to perfect roundness with plateau honing. Brand new brass freeze plugs where installed once the block was finished. this work alone was $400+
oil pan is tapped with a size -8 AN fitting
-Professional assembly cost from my machine shop to assemble the bottem end
Spent almost $5000+ on just this motor build alone.
$4000 FIRM Perfer local pick up. will ships at buyers expense
