Boss Frog Double Hoop Rollbar - $400 - Jacksonville, Fl.
SOLD
I’m selling my Boss Frog Double Hoop Rollbar in black powdercoat. Fits 90-2005 Mazda Miatas. This is the Standard, not the Maxx so it should fit with a hardtop no problem. It connects to the car at 6 points and ties all the way to the floor and is extremely strong. More info can be found on the Boss Frog website at Miata Rollbars
I bought this bar new in 2006. It has a few nicks in the powdercoat (from when it was shipped to me), but overall it’s in excellent shape.
I will include my homemade Plexiglas wind blocker (seen in pics), but it has warped a bit from sitting in the sun.
I’m asking $400 obo picked up in St Johns, Fl. (just South of Jacksonville). Includes seatbelt adaptors and all mounting hardware. The bar is currently installed in my 93 as you can see in the pics. I am only selling it because I bought another Miata and selling this one and I’m not going to put a bar in the new Miata right away as I’m not doing track days nearly as often as I used to. E-mail me if you are interested at claymclendon (at) hotmail.com

Doing well. My son is getting old enough I can actually do some car projects again. Picked up a 96 for dirt cheap (with some non-existent engine problems) and I am swapping over everything from my 93 to it (except the rollbar). I figure it will make a better starting point with the 1.8, Torsen, 70k less miles, etc. Once I sell my 93 I should have enough left over to finish my turbo setup. Glad the Torsen is working for you. What you doing in Charleston?

Supra441979, From reading the Harddog website it says that the M2 has harness tabs instead of a harness bar (which allows the glass window room). That's the only way I know how to tell the difference. I have the zippered glass window in my 96 which is supposed to work in the M2 version of the HDHC.
TrickerZ, you are welcome to stop by. I'm just taking my time swapping parts from one Miata to another these days.
P51hellfire, sorry we missed each other. Flagler is definitely close. Enjoy the new bar.

It appears when looking at the site, this one will work in a 99 with glass window and will allow a hard top, correct?
Does it have a means to attach harnesses? I didn't see that on the site, but can't imagine that it doesn't.
Might be interested if all of the above is to the affirmative and you would be willing to pack well and ship. I know that you are asking $350 and I might go $400 shipped to cover your costs.
