Default Almost complete DIY turbo setup

I was going to upgrade my setup...but need money more than more speed...and have become content with what I've got after upgrading exhaust and going to COPS. I've been putting this off...but I don't have time to finish this with school...and just need to sell it before I end up out in the garage trying to dump my baby IHI and putting the T25 on there. If you buy parts from me you will be helping boost my GPA this semester.

Parts available:

T25 turbo - makes boost...but needs a rebuild. Includes the special outlet bend. This is pretty much the perfect turbo for a street driven 1.6L. I REALLLLY wanted to upgrade to this...but I'm seriously on the verge of flunking out and a divorce...seriously.

SOLD

Pic of the setup on Sam's car...also showing the intake elbow for compressor:

OBX 1.6L turbo manifold -

Name: CIMG4648.jpg

SOLD

Custom downpipe
- from Samamporful...and still in his hands. He can ship to you...or I'll get it to you as soon as it's in. This dp goes all the way back to end of cat...so consider it a cat delete/testpipe as well. Would bolt up to a cat-back exhaust.

SOLD

Bosch recirc BOV with BEGi piping
- also still in Sam's possesion. Good setup...exactly like what I run with my current BEGi IHI kit.

SOLD

Big intercooler
- will check dimensions when I get home...but it works with the "Stripes Pipes" kit below.

Size: 89.1 KB

SOLD

Stripe's Pipes kit
- Little rust and paint flaking...but this kit is so damn sturdy it doesn't matter...just grind and repaint. Will do this for you if you need and pay...but you'll be killing my study time. Comes with cheap BOV and all couplers adapters.

Name: CIMG4649.jpg

SOLD

Fidanza adjustable cam gear - bought thinking I needed it for top end...I don't.

Name: CIMG4650.jpg
Views: 44
Size: 85.8 KB

SOLD

Devil's Own universal stage 1 kit - I will probably use this...but am putting it up if someone else really needs it and in case it's the first thing to sell. Has the four wire leads to the relay chewed through by a pup...but I will repair before shipping. This is considered in the price...and WILL NOT affect performance as there is tons of wire there (maybe they wanted this relay under dash?). Mangled part of harness on bottom left by nozzles (3 and 7 gph). I will likely repair this today.

$200

Mazda Protege 1.6L Valve Cover - (black) with gasket, used for exposing cam gears.

Name: CIMG4647.jpg
Views: 48
Size: 169.9 KB

SOLD

Infinit M45 HID Assemblies One is missing the blinker bulb...the other is missing the high beam buld...the low-beam HIDs have everything there...and only need a 12+ and ground to run. Halo might be more complicated.

Name: CIMG4646.jpg
Views: 58
Size: 178.5 KB

$75

Goodridge Stainless Brake Lines
- new in box...don't really want to sell...but studying more than working these days.

Name: CIMG4651.jpg
Views: 57
Size: 123.0 KB

SOLD

Oil temp, water temp and boost gauges with angled faceplate and sensors
- water and boost are AutoMeter carbon lights or something. Have bulbs and sensors in bag. Will split up...just let me know what you need.

Name: CIMG4655.jpg
Views: 59
Size: 110.3 KB

SOLD

All prices are considered a starting point and are NEGOTIABLE.

If you want any kind of package deal we can definitely work something out and save you some serious coin while helping me clean out the garage. They more parts gone the better since once I sell one part the rest of it is basically worthless to me.

If you want ALL of the turbo parts (excludes cam gear and WI) I will let it go for $550 or your close interpretation of its value. All the turbo parts came from Samamporful's recent FS thread...all the intercooler/piping parts came from jmknight's recent FS, as did the WI. Fidanza gear is new from Moss Motors.

Shipping will be actual on large parts...we can include it for most of the small parts.

I will get good pics tonight or tomorrow...but need to drum up interest.

Thanks for looking...take care.

-Damon

I will ship accordingly. If something is purchased from the turbo kit that is in my posession, mainly the downpipe, contact gospeed and send payment to HIM. NOT ME.

It most likely wont work with a begi cast combo without modification to the downpipe. Pics are at home with my memorycard but unless you plan on doing some minor welding then no.

Updated with my own pics from this morning...and some items added.

Feel free to send offers...I priced everything high knowing you guys and your need to lowball. The worst I can do is say "no," but I'll probably just meet you in the middle and include shipping.

I would prefer to sell everything all at once...so more offers on more items means lower prices.

Thanks.

As far as I know yes...it is THE Stripes kit.

It has a compressor outlet sized bend that appears to work when clocked towards the driver wheel well.

Damn...good question...left that out.

They are 1.6L manifolds.

The downpipe is a custom job for a 1.6L car with this manifold/turbo setup...and surely will need modification for anything else.

That's a TD04 right (no experience with Greddy), and these manifolds are for the T25 footprint.

So...I think so.
