1.6L Megasquirt Setup Complete + WB/Gauge! - SOLD
SOLD SOLD SOLD
Okay, this came off a running 1.6L so everything works perfectly. Also, I would prefer to sell everything as a package so I won't part it out unless it doesn't sell as a whole. So here is what is included:
Megasquirt hardwired into ECU
1) stock ECU with MS cable hardwired into it to run parallel with the stock ECU controlling idle and AC
2) stock ECU has a switch on the side (see attached pics) that lets you switch ignition control to the stock ECU if you want to tune fuel first
3) mods on the MS board are complete to have MS run IAC and EBC, but for IAC you'd have to disconnect the stock ECU control and tune, and for EBC you'd need to run two wires off the harness to the engine bay to run the solenoid, never got around to doing it
4) serial cable for connecting with laptop
To get it to run on your car:
1) remove old ECU and plug in this ECU, plug in MS
2) run vac line to MS for MAP input
3) add a GM AIT sensor (not included) and run one wire to ground and the other to the orange wire off the harness
4) run one wire from the blue wire off harness to fuel pump pin in diagnostic box in engine bay
5) add WB input (see below )
6) adjust msq to your setup/injectors/etc...
Innovate LC-1 WB controller/sensor/all wires + XD-16 Gauge
1) used Innovate LC-1 WB with sensor and all cables (serial cable, 1/8 connector, end plug)
2) XD-16 digital gauge (can't find faceplates, but you can make one off a template from the Innovate website) - this is not the cheapy add on gauge, but their top of the line digital gauge that can be linked in with any of their other products, costs over $200 new
Buy everything for $700 shipped in the US. That's less than the MS PnP and it INCLUDES a WB and trick gauge.

Urbansoot asked me way early about the LC-1/XD-16 so he really does have first dibs. If anyone is willing to just get the MS setup then, sure I'd sell the WB setup separately, but it really makes more sense as a package.
