Default ~ WTS: Sparco R100 driver seat in West Palm Beach, FL ~

Would like to sell this seat locally...in West Palm Beach, FL
my email: zremy007@yahoo.com

this is a new just installed R100 Sparco seat, all black with white stitching.
I have installed it and love it, unfortunately my wife says she feels claustrophobic sitting in it and wants me to re-install the original seat back.

This seat cost me $485 and includes the base and sliding rails.

It is a direct bolt in. I even had the seat belt mount cut and re-drilled/tapped for the seatbelt to sit at the proper height.

$435 picked up at my house.

slider is 65

it's a sparco ring steering wheel...

seat is out of the car.
the seat is ONE DAY OLD. My wife paid for it, so she's selling it. We both drive the car, so she has to feel good in it not just me.

the complete shipped price was $485 from OGracing
they are out of them, i think they had a red seat left, backorder with no idea when they get anymore seats in (i ordered two, they only had one left).

So i bought one with the idea that down the line when they became available i would buy a second...didn't think the wife wouldn't like it.

What base? The base they sold me along with the slider and seat, they said "bolts in a Miata"...and it did. Only work was cutting/drilling a hole in the seat belt base(female end), to lower it to the proper height.

Shipping was $45, so i thought my price was good, considering it's a day old seat with everything you need to just bolt it in, and if you wanted a seat but didn't want to wait until they are back in stock.

I've read enough nightmares about bases not fiting and cutting/drilling/fitting, etc...
none of those worries with this setup. It took me 5 minutes to take the stock one out and another 5 minutes to bolt this one in.

It feels about 1/2 inch taller than stock at most, it reclines and the bolsters are very pronounced. I'm 220 lbs and they hug me well and they are more comfortable than the stock seat.

When you share a car you have to learn to compromise. Married for 17 yrs. so, i know the meaning of the word..."sigh"

Red face

You should come out to PBIR to the saturday eve/night auto-x and put a F/S sign on the seat. There are a few Miatas that are always there. Maybe you could participate? Or are you already registered? Or just come and say hello, it is free(if you do not run).

Come to the auto-x. Both run, winner decides the fate of the seat.

i'll definitely come out on Sat to check it out, try to sell the seat, maybe run the car too, why not...

i don't feel that way at all, she wouldn't have been around 17 yrs. if she wasn't worth it.

well, went up to PB INT. on Sat (yesterday), but no bites on the seat...

Had it on the trunk of my Town Car with a F/S sign, lots of tire kickers but no buyers.

Still f/s.
