I'm in the process of going rotrex on my track car and had a few questions about your set up when you have some time. Quick set up summary

1.9l forged 10:1 (91 pump for now, will be going flex fuel eventually)
ported 99 head +1 valves
Tomei cams
reflanged honda IM with S2 TB
949 balancer
6/4.3

It looks like you are running a kraftwerks 4 rib kit, this is what I am looking at too so I can keep using my 949 crank pulley. Have you had any issues with the 4 rib set up on track? I'm assuming your using a gates racing belt for it.

Any other tips or necessary upgrades to keep the rotrex reliable on track? Just not a lot of info online for built motor rotrex track Miatas.
