Default VVT Tuner Question

I currently have a '94 with MS2pnp... but the engine is tired and I have a low mileage VVT engine sitting in my garage patiently waiting to become my car's new heart over the winter months.

My question: Would it be better to buy a VVT Tuner unit and use with my existing MS2pnp or get an MS3 (i.e. a Reverant or Braineack build) and sell my existing MS?

Functionally I don't need anything more than an MS2psp +VVTTuner provides, I don't even need boost since I'm staying NA. I'm thinking more in terms of reliability and packaging (adding VVTTuner means more of a wiring/vacuum line rats nest and failure points). Cost is a consideration as well.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

I would sell the MS2pnp and use this as a good reason to upgrade to the MS3 platform.

I tried the MS2+VVTuner combo, I never got it to work. Now I have MS3...so much better in every way, and the VVT works.

Thanks for the feedback! A reasonable deal on a lightly used Braineack built MS3x just came up... I think I'll get it.
