Default v1.5 upgrade error on Rev MS3 Basic

I upgraded my Rev-built MS3 Basic from 1.4.1 to the new 1.5 firmware and applied the old settings using the TunerStudio tool. Afterwards I got an error saying "zeros set in baro, air density, or warmup. This won't work."

I went through the tune and verified I'm not using baro correction and my air density and warmup settings are the same as before the upgrade. I also Googled this error message and couldn't find anything. I went back to 1.4.1 and everything is working fine again.

Has anybody else seen this error? Any ideas on how to correct it?

Where did you find the new firmware? I'm still on 1.3.4

Go here, Megasquirt Downloads Firmware and Software - Megasquirt EFI
The Ms Labs MS3 Basic uses the standard firmware.

Thanks! I was somehow under the impression Reverent used custom firmware.

He does, on the Enhanced versions.

you went from an old map, you need to update it to work with newer firmware. those tables it's referencing are in %s, but 100% = no enrichment. those tables USED to be 0 = no enrichment. just go back in and make sure there's no invalid numbers in those tables, even if unused.

Hope this isn't a total derail, but I encountered a similar issue when I loaded the newer firmware onto the ECU that you built me. I ended up selecting the option that rewrote the settings from tuner studio back onto MS after it couldn't load things properly. Does that essentially fix the issue or are there updated tunes for the new firmware?

@Braineack, thanks for the pointer. I had to enable barometric correction, reset to 100% instead of 0%, and turn it back off. Everything's working great now.
