Unplug the battery and see if the 95 wiring harness even plugs into the ecu. If it does, you're in luck, if not I'd find a new ecu.
If they fit, open up the connectors, carefully remove the pins, and make them match this:

Those diagrams were from way back when we had incredibly basic MS1s, but luckily that's what you bought. It's a very capable ecu, however you'll have to make the mods to use your VTPS, and I think the pre-OBD2 95s (which I think yours is) were still batch fire. If not you'll have to bridge injectors 3 and 2 with 1 and 4 respectively.
