Default Tune sanity check / second opinion (overly rich?)

So I recently had my newly turbo'd miata tuned and I'm becoming somewhat skeptical of the tune.

I've attached my tune and a link to my log of me driving the car normally in the city and it seems like it's super rich everywhere compared to the AFR target.

Checking the tune, it seems like there's at least a couple things the tuner didn't setup. Overboost protection, electronic boost control, ego control. I don't really know what I'm doing with tuning so I don't want to really jump to any conclusions but it seems like there's some work that still needs to be done to the tune.
Also, my coolant temps seem really high. (South Florida early evening in the summer) I've got a fairly new stock radiator and fans.

My setup is:
2004, used T28 turbo, FM no electronics kit, mspnp pro, flow force 640cc injectors, 2.5" exhaust, PLX wideband.

My goal with the car was something streetable and reliable. I'm not looking for max power. The tune, as-is, feels pretty decent for just cruising around and giving it a little bit of gas every now and then so I'm not too sure what to think when the logs say one thing but my *** says another with how the car feels. For the record, the car made 180hp on a mustang dyno which is a number I'm somewhat neutral about.

Let me know if there's anything relevant I left out.

Do you have the stock undertray beneath the radiator still? Is it sealed to the bumper mouth? Pictures of the interior of the bumper mouth, please.

I snapped some photos, let me know if this is what you're looking for: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_...DFjRUFjR1pZcEU

It still has the under tray but I think it has a couple cuts in it now as per FM's instructions. (I paid to have the kit installed.)
