I did about 7 hours of data logging when I first got mine going, all in one shot. My logging/tuning computer is a Sony Notebook, Pentium 3 1.0ghz, 328mb ram (piece of **** sonys...) running XP Pro. That took me all of maybe 14 - 17 minutes to process. Dunno why yours takes so long.
certanly seems like I have an issue somewhere, but it's the same on both my desktop and my tuning laptop...... (both Dell's coincidence? )

Anyway, super awesome, I like it. And I'll be using it soon, maybe tonight.
Maybe tonight. OMG I'm busy today.

Say what you will, but the Vaio TX and TZ-class machines are just about the awesomest notebook since the Tandy 100. Sure they ain't the fastest thing in the universe, but they're smaller than hustler's dick and yet they still have built-in optical drives.
Been kinda curious to play with Autotune, but it seems like more of a pain in the *** than using Megalogview.. Seriously man, it was simple as hell. Granted it was a Saturday afternoon and traffic here isn't too bad. Went for a nice drive during the day then came back to finish it during the evening. Its not perfect yet, but its really close.. I'm comfortable running it hard in 1, 2, and 3rd gears to redline but the idle is still shitty around 1100rpm. Been working so much lately that I've no time to even drive that car... along with the locked up brake caliper I found lastnight when driving it around the block.

Hmmm, I have no idea what the autotune is like, though I'll admit MLV is pretty easy, once you get a decent AFR table into it.
The little script worked well once I figured out how to use it (hint: If you let it dump to the screen you'll watch it for like ten minutes and then get no file). But it worked great, and for once I'm pretty happy with the car over all (though I think it's kinda lean everywhere since I had some weird settings in some MS-II specific spots, as well as a small amount of warm-up enrichment on during most of my logs. But it sure feels a lot better.
Is it ok if I send that script to the guy who writes MLV and tell him he could distrubute that with it? Just adding a "/h" flag to it would be the only change to suggest (other than the aforementioned mark reenumeration which is a lot more work...)

FYI, when I put all my files together, I had to check the 'large data sets' box in MLV. Then it still didn't load, so I doubled the numbers again. It worked great - took maybe 30 -90seconds on a mediocre laptop on batteries

Awesome! All my pestering of Mr. Tobin paid off! Sucks to take time out of his day but....
But I don't have MLV here, so I have to wait till I get home!
Ok, I did it. If you do a "Check for updates" from the help menu, version 2.90 will load multiple files.
You must have View--> "Use Alternate File Dialog" unchecked.
Then you should be able to select multiple files while the dialog is open.
