She squirted in my eye
First* start up on brain built ms2.
Idled nicely, so I moved on to setting base timing. Fixed at 10, timing light showed around 14, moved to trigger wizard. Pressed the big green plus once, clicked burn, immediate stall. Oh boy..
Would not restart.
Unfortunately I did not log it, but I have a before and after. Rpm, and fuel are gone!
I thought I ruined everything. But it runs fine on the stock ECU.

Did I somehow corrupt the software or blow up a circuit in the hardware by using the Trigger Wizard?
If you look at the first log, there is a relatively healthy idle.
Second log:
- AFR line dips, making me think there is possibly fuel
- No RPM
- No Pulse width
- No DutyCycle1
- Little green Crank box never turns pink
- Little Run and Warm are lit up the entire log, even when not cranking
Back to the idling log, I notice the Crank box does not 'pink' until the very next moment when RPM, PW, and DutyCycle begin to rise. Just an observation.

Trying to get a stable idle/set timing for the past couple hours.
Seems to be running rougher than last weekend, but that may be my imagination. Timing light fires on all 4 wires, but it feels like it is running on 3 cylinders.
Reads full lean. Added a ton of fuel the wrong way- bumping the whole map by 50, just to get it to the high 15's afr.
Timing light says I am about 20* when set to fixed at 10. Stalls after about 30 seconds when making changes to ignition offset angle. Started around 4.6 now down to -1.50. Seems like the timing may have only come down a little or maybe nothing at all.
Was hoping I would figure out the user error while typing this out...nope.
Chime in on this wonderful Saturday afternoon! This is my last chance to screw with it for another two weekends.
I have all types of logs- let me know if they are useful

Clos561 came by and we got timing set along with a decent afr. Idle is rough and it feels/sounds like 3 cylinders.
Noticed another huge problem: alternator is not charging. Braineak built an alternator controller so that I can use the stock one rather than an NA.
Hopefully, these are both software settings. When we finished for the day, it fired up and drove perfectly on the stock ECU.
Will upload the logs in a couple minutes.
EDIT: LOGS ATTACHED WITH MSQ

Oh yeah, and there's a black box on the harness right? It could be setting that's not turning on the alt controller actually. There's acutally an output that tells it to run or not, I had it set to charge only when above 300RPM.
I'll have to find my notes tonight and get back to you.
You overwrite the map that was loaded did you?

Right, that way it does not try to charge while cranking. I forgot to take the pics of the black box- will do that tonight.
Only thing i have changed on the map is fuel: VE table, ASE, and cranking. And I set timing too.
