SD datalog problem

I have a button wired up for SD datalog on a MS3 basic a couple weeks ago. Everything seemed fine, until I notice that it will randomly turn off datalog by itself. It happens most of the time when I was doing full throttle pull, and cut off at high rpm (>5k-6k rpm). The button is wired to PT4. I had the button at the fuse/OBD port panel under the fog light/dim switch, so the wires are a littler for access. I don't think either the location or wire length would cause any noise/interference. It doesn't seem to affect logs for normal driving, just high rpm, which is kind of strange. Anybody experienced similar issues?
Is there a limit on how many fields SD long can do that higher frequency? I have the default set of fields plus a handful extra, logging at 100Hz. Since it logs normal driving just fine, I don't think this was overloading the system/SD card.
