Default Running way rich at idle

Looking for some help with a fuel/ms2pnp issue.

Finally got my rebuild running and I running way rich. Sounds pretty rough at idle and if I unplug the fuel pump the idle smooths out and runs great until it runs out of gas.

Fuel pump never turns off when the key is in on position. Instead of priming for a few seconds then shutting off. Tuner studio is reading 100% fuel load

Loaded basemap and adjusted timing fine.

Sounds like you either didn't connect the vac line or haven't hooked it up properly. If you're tune is MAP based, which it should be if it's the base map 100% fuel load is 100kpa. Also you can't just expect the base map to work perfectly right off the bat. It's a base map. It still needs to be tuned for your car.

Yep. If it is hooked up, make sure you haven't kinked or pinched the line anywhere.
