Default Rev MS3 Basic 99-00, GM IAT reading 70 Farenheit

Stock BP4W, have a GM IAT, spliced in on the two factory wires as per instructions. Reading in TunerStudio is a steady 70 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm assuming this means the board is not getting a reading from the sensor?
Checked for continuity and getting about 1v across the pins on the car side, and getting about ~264kohm on the sensor side (sensor is good, sensor has power from car).
Any suggestions?

Update: If I unplug the sensor the reading it TunerStudio shoots up to 300f and then bounces off the top and slowly comes back down. Tried this with 2 different IAT sensors (both GM), same effect.

Did you calibrate the sensor in tunerstudio? I think 70 degrees is the default for either a not detected sensor or an uncalibrated one

Seems as if continuity of any kinda results in 70f reading in tunerstudio.

Uploaded a quick video illustrating the problem. @Reverant could this be a bias resistor issue? I am using the default GM IAT calibration in TS.
