Problems regarding idle ms3
Installed my ms3 a few weeks ago and aside from a few hiccups I got everything set up and calibrated besides for two persistent idle problems that I can't seem to figure out. I've read through everything about idle on diy and msextra and still can't figure it out.
First, while returning to idle from load the car has trouble re-entering cl idle and idle sits high at about 12-1400 rpm, yet is steady has a decent AFR reading, usually about 14.7-15:1.
Second, when the ms does return to cl idle, I have a lean oscillating idle that is anywhere from 15.9-18+ :1
While driving, the car is running very smooth and hitting almost all of the target AFRs right on and while warming up, the WUE keeps the idle nice and smooth and at 14.7:1 or lower.
Things I've done:
Tried giving it more fuel in the VE table to richen it up.
Tweaked the closed loop idle values to try to richen it
Recalibrated the TPS
Bumped the timing of the lowest rpm column to try to auto correct oscillation
Added my tune file and a datalog with full warmup from cold, example of rough idle, and example of stuck high idle
