Pops and bangs on overrun??
**EDIT** My post disappeared due to a crashed shockwave player so here is the abridged version. (thanks for the negative cat - Nice)
I'm a big kid and like drama when i'm driving along. I'm also new to ms and ts so please go easy. i'm also not ready to set up LC being quite new at it.
I read that knocking areas on the FUEL VE table to zero in the overrun area (bottom cells) will cause fresh air to be gulped in then it will ignite as it hits fuelled cells causing pops and bangs.
something im guessing like this?
had anyone tried such a method? I'm unable to do so at the mo as the car is waiting for parts.
Thanks guys,.

Pops/burbles is lean and retarded ignition in overrun areas.
Bangs is rich and retarded ignition in overrun areas
IME neither will burn out your valves, you don't exactly spend long periods of time in overrun.
Simples
P.S. Bangs is explosions / fire in your exhaust.
