Plugged the stn fuse in
Hey guys, so it's been a long *** day because my dad was replacing a fuse on my car and saw that the stn fuse was missing and decided to plug one in. This is an obvious problem because megasquirt gen 2 do not want you to run this fuse. I went out and started the car and it ran for maybe a second and shut off immediately and after that would not start(only started because it was running off of left over fuel). I replaced the fuel relay not knowing the problem was in the ECU and the same thing happened where the pump did not prime or click and no start. I really need help because this is my daily and I have a very basic understanding of wiring and really need step by step help.
If anyone can assist that would be greatly appreciated!

Based on your statement that you have a very basic understanding of wiring, there's not much you can do on your own. Option #1 is to contact DIY support and ask them how you can fix it yourself and ask them how you can hotwire the fuel pump (warning: unsafe to do this in case of accident) as that's the problem, the ECU is not switching the fuel pump relay on. Option #2 is to find another vehicle for a few days to send it in for a repair. Option #3 is to find a shop that repairs laptops and phones and with a new transistor in hand, ask them to replace it for you.
