Default over run fuel cut settings

hi, first time posting here all though i have used this site as a resource i cant seem to find the answer that i am looking for. i have a stock 1999 miata that i am prepping for turbo. im running a MSPNP3 PRO and everything is running good i just cant seem to get the decel fuel cut working properly. right now it only cuts fuel if i am over 4k rpm. can anyone give input or share your settings?

ps ive been lurking around here long enough to know that i may get roasted, please be nice to me lol. i'm just trying to get familiar with tuner studio before going F/I

TIL Tunerstudio has a dark mode setting. Neat.

I don't have access to my .msq from work but your Over-run Fuel cut settings appear to be fine. I could be wrong, but your slow decel engine state seems a little high (technically low seeing as it's negative. whatever.) From my understanding, ORFC doesn't engage unless MS thinks you're decel-ing as seen in the engine state. From your engine state settings, MS doesn't think you're in decel unless your RPMs are falling at least 800 a second. That seems sorta high to me. Maybe try setting it a bit lower like 500 and see if that makes a difference? Considering your RPMs fall faster at higher RPMs sorta verifies why it only cuts fuel over 4k RPM. I can double check and post my settings when I get home. I hope this helps.

Problem solved. I dropped the slow deceleration threshold to -200 but it still wouldn't kick in while the ac was on so I raised the MAP threshold to 30kPa and now it works like a charm thanks for the input

Glad to hear your issue was resolved.

FWIW, I just checked my settings and they were almost identical to the ones you posted. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
