Opinion on my tune so far.
I know I have a lot to learn still and I don't expect anyone on the forum to tune my car for me but if one of the experts can look at what I have so far and give me your opinion that I'm at least going in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Besides an intake and MAF delete the engine is stock. Thanks.
The log is from my commute this morning inside the city so there is some stop and go, etc. Log can be gotten here http://users.wpi.edu/~ss/images/Miata/log.msl

Good luck! I've been trying to get a sanity check on my tune since I got the MS in my car but I think between the recent file upload problem and the fact that all the people here who would be able/inclined to check your tune (Brain, 18psi, etc) offer paid remote tuning services, AND the number of existing threads on N/A megasquirt tuning, I can't really blame them. On an N/A motor if it's idling and running well under normal driving conditions and hitting your target AFRs then there's really not a ton anyone can tell you other than subjective evaluation of your AFR target choices and how smooth your VE table is. Getting the car running and driving isn't super difficult and it sounds like you're there already, getting cold starts/closed loop idle/fine detail stuff dialed in takes a lot longer and involves relatively long-term testing.
Or I could be completely wrong, the process of learning all this stuff has sort of beat the concept of certainty out of my head at this point

MS3 Pro PnP from DIYautotune. I will check that out. Appreciate the feedback. Car is running pretty good but the throttle tip in is horrible. I have not played with that yet so I think that's the next thing to get a handle on. Thanks again.

Your AFR table is still quite rich. In my opinion, the AFR table from Brains' basemap (https://trubokitty.com/#/tune) is quite good. If you're only running NA, you can also remove the cells above 100 kpa. You also have a lot of instances in your log where your ego hits the 5% authority limit. Generally this is a sign of a not properly tuned VE table. I suggest more driving with autotune and/or tuning ego settings.

Ya, you are probably right. I can smell it and the plugs had a bit of carbon on them but my wideband is normally floating from the 13s to 14s. I was going to leave the kpa as is because I'm going to add a turbo hopefully next summer. I can just lock out those cells for now I suppose. I'll check out Brian's AFR table and see where that leads me. Thanks for the suggestions.
