If you tried to crank it several times with no spark you may want to smell the oil on your dipstick and ensure it doesn't have fuel in it. It can possibly make fueling read off a little at the O2 if the oil has a lot of fuel in it, along with the other issues.

I forgot to adjust dead time for my new injectors. Got that fixed and AFR is MUCH closer now. I also redid the cal on my wideband. It's in the 1-1.1 lambda (14.7-16.2 AFR) range during warmup and starts oscillating between 1.15-1.5 (16.9-22) once WUE tapers off. RPM and several other parameters oscillate with it. I'm assuming at this point I need to actually do some tuning on VE, WUE, and idle control.
Oil smelled fine, though I have a cold so I can barely smell anything at all

Closing the loop - The oscillating idle is fixed and I've driven it about 130 miles. I found I had a misconfigured glove box switch that I wired in to use for boost level switching when I turbo this engine. The switch was putting me on an alternate fuel table that made it run super lean and the idle oscillated between 1000 and 2000 rpm.
