Your VE table really does us no good, it's really just the actual AFR that matters. So as long as your VE table delivers what you're targeting and you're happy with the drivability, it's perfect.
You're targeting too rich above 200kpa. No need to go below 11.4-11.6 anywhere. You'll probably never hit it unless you have a really pathetic turbo no wastegate, but 120kpa is a little lean for my tastes, and there's no reason to increase your target after 6000rpm.
Spark table looks ok in my eyes, there's some stuff around idle/800rpm that you could fix but not dangerous. I like to drop about 1 degree per psi of boost, and your 100kpa row looks correct. So you're not really dropping as much advance as I would call "safe", but at a certain point you will just be retarding too much and leaving power on the table. Only knock detection and a dyno will tell.
