MS3x won't idle
Trying to get friend's 1.6 turbo to idle on a recently Brain built MS3x.
Changed the timing to fixed timing to try and sync the timing but it run's for just a second, but not long enough to sync the timing. The wideband never really gives a reading either.
Running wasted spark.
550cc injectors with a measured deadtime of .513 ms at 13.2V
The wideband seems to not be reading correctly either.
Is it something simple I am missing in the tune? Or is the the WUE map? Or the ASE? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

That's a very short deadtime. What injectors are those? And how did you get that number? Most are closer to 1.x
If the wideband is not functional, work on that first. Otherwise you won't know how to trim the fuel to get it right.

The injectors are 550cc injectors from BEGI, that's the dead that came with the injectors. And I believe the wideband is working, it's just not running long enough to get a reading. It literally cranks and dies. Here's a link to the injectors: http://www.bellengineering.net/produ...roducts_id=586

Dead time is not believable. I would set it back to defaults. Actual dead time is probably at least 1 ms at 13 volts. Most likely you run out of fuel and die as soon as after start enrichment decays out. You really should dig through the set up manual, it explains how to get fueling to where the car will run:

Also you can totally disable fuel and sync (or at least ballpark) timing while cranking.
