MS3x issues

****...so I thought i'd go ahead and up date my old *** firmware...
Update your firmware they said...it'll be easy they said...
Car no start. Zero tach.
I went through the instructions, updated from pre-1.1 beta 24 to 1.2.4. Disconnected both coil packs. Flashed successfully. Started a new session, dectected/downloaded the ini file. Checked config settings, all is good. Reconnect coilpacks. Calibrate TPS. No start, no tach, doesn't try to sputter or anything. ****.
I found this thread, mirrored my symptoms exactly. (spark mode was set to trigger wheel) Obviously my settings got hosed and set to all default. Problem is there is no resolution in that thread.

..so followed the advise and loaded my last tune. Got a compatibility error log. Saved it since I had an eerie feeling i'd be posting it soon. At the difference report I said to use the settings from the tune rather than ECU(attached screenshot). Calibrated TPS again. Crank, still no tach, no fire. Double checked coilpacks connected, tried again. Nope.
Re calibrated CLT and IAT. Looked like some values changed when I burned the new values so somethings still not right. Crank, no tach, no fire. So now I've got to go pick up the kids, it's going to drop 30 degrees in the next few hours and freeze over and it'll be a week before I can get back to the now dead car.
Oh yea just remembered I need to pull it in the garage before tomorrow to make room in the driveway, looks like i'll be pushing the damn thing...FML
Please help, lol.
Here's the review_audit log. MSq and difference report attached.

What the ******* ****. In a fit of disparity I decided to crank one last time and this fickle bitch fired right up. I swear to god this car hates me.
Only think that's different now is the temp is reading super high. Like 230* even before the engine gets up to temp.
aannnd there's an extremely loud HUUMMMMM coming from the intake snorkel, WTF. It's like a speaker on a frequency test turned all the way up, or almost like a muffled low note horn from a buick. Revving doesn't change note, just drowns it out. This is very, very odd to me so I shut it off after I noticed it. Any ideas?
Only thing mechanical that was changed was unplugging and plugging the coil packs.
Edit: curiosity go the best of me so I messed with it some more. It is definitley from the intake. When I pulled part of the snorkel it got like 3x as loud, leaning over the engine bay for a few seconds almost made my eyes cross. Wierd frequency.
Oddly it remains completely monotone and directly shuts off above exactly 1.6k, and turns on below 1.6k. Like a switch. The IAT is right there. It couldn't be the IAT making that loud of a noise could it? Its not a vibration reverberation I don't think, too smooth of a humm.
