MS3Pro Plug and Play - NA VVT Swap - A/C Compressor
Hello Everyone,
I am in the works of trying to figure out why my AC compressor isn't kicking on with the MS3Pro Plug and Play.
I have a 1995 Mazda Miata with a VVT swapped engine on it. Everything is tuned and figured out but for some reason, I can't get this compressor to kick on in order to refill the system.
When I start the car, I am not getting any signal to Tuner Studio. However, when I bypass the thermal switch with 12v, I get signal and the clutch engages with positive signal to tuner studio but the signal does not cancel out when I shut off the AC.
I have the original harness plugged in and hooked up to the compressor and I have attached the current AC idle-up settings.
What are your thoughts or suggestions?
Much Appreciated. Current Settings
Also the compressor will never "kick on" if the system is empty. That's what the low pressure safety switch on your hardline is for.
Verify if you have the correct output selected, check if in output tests in tunerstudio if it comes on when the ac button is pressed and then troubleshoot the rest of the ac system.
