MS2e MSM won't rev past 4000?
Finally got back to playing with the MS2 after a while and still have some issues. So, it's a Rev built MS2e, 3.3.0i firmware and basemap, stock injectors, MBC (so far) and the usual homemade enchilada mods.
It starts and idles pretty well, fans, alternator and AC also work pretty well. Drives well until about 4000 rpm and that's it. I saw that my timing was fixed at 10 degrees, sent some files to Rev and he had me disconnect my OE boost controller which took care of the Spark Advance but apparently wasn't the real problem.
Next, I noticed some strange settings in the Knock sensor that I think fixed that problem but now still won't rev up. Rev did tell me that sometimes it won't load the entire map? I have disabled Knock sensor and Boost control but no change. Doesn't seem like a misfire but just really falls flat at 4K rpm. AFR seems rich but is it rich enough to cause it run this bad? Also, car runs perfectly on stock ECU.
Here's my latest tune and datalog, hope I'm just missing something simple;

Timing is set correctly? Did you adjust pots any? On my recent 99 the pots were so far off that it would not rev above 3500rpms.

Thought I was pretty clear that I had removed my boost gauge and used the line for the MS2 so, yes, it has a vacuum line.
I had also quoted the last poster there about pots which I don't have, sorry if that was not "coherent" or seemed "retarded" to you.

That's because you didn't properly multi-quote the previous question, and it looked like part of your answer. I fixed it.
I'm having a similar problem with an MS2e and MSM, we've solved it by flipping the key off and back on, to power cycle the unit. It works perfectly after that, we haven't figured out why it does it yet.

VTCS! Unplugged the solenoid, car runs amazingly well. Rev has a setting in firmware but was off in the basemap.
