MS2 wiring install

MS2 wiring install
Its been a couple years since I messed with Megasquirt, but I'm back at it. Unfortunately I am a bit rusty and am hoping to refresh my memory and understanding while wiring up an MS2 to a 1997 Miata. Most of the documentation I have been able to find is focused around the PNP versions and I am having some trouble verifying correct input/output usage. I am not sure which input on the MS to jumper Spare 4 to for the second part of the CAS wiring for the bone stock conversion.
Currently the miata is stock, but I would like to turbocharge the miata in the future. I also have D585 ignition coils ready to swap in place of the stock coils but haven't due to the stock computer's dwell settings. However I have not been able to verify if I have enough I/O for a boost control solenoid, launch control/flatshift and possibly sequential ignition/injection. I believe the MS2/Extra can run the D585 logic level coils with minor mods, but that I would need something additional for sequential injection. I just don't know what.
So far, this is what I have been able to deduce from the DIY miata articles for wiring.
