Question MS2 DIY Miata (Correct Wiring?)

Hi, I'm Evan.

I've acquired an MS2 V3.0 DIY kit from an old friend of mine who said it was in a 1990 Miata way back when. I'm getting it ready to put it in my 1.8 swap '90.

By the look of it, the board jumpers don't seem to match up with any diagrams I've come across and I want to make sure I'll be following the right diagram when I have to fix it.
I've included some images of the board so I hope someone can steer me in the right directions regarding making it correct.
(I also probably use the wrong terminology when it comes to parts and connections on the board, I'm not fluent in electronics whatsoever so bare with me.)

I also have some questions about completing my harness going from the car's harness to the Megasquirt.
I have the DB37 connector wired up correctly, I'm just a little confused where a few wires should go on the 76 pin connector going to the cars harness.
TPS VREF (Gray Shielded) - I'm not installing a VTPS right now and would like to use my stock TPS.
TPS SIG (Blue) - Pretty sure I need to jump to GND.
FUEL PUMP (Purple) - "Connect to light green wire on yellow harness under left size of clutch pedal." I'm still confused why another diagram says to connect this one to 2G.
EBC (Blue & White) - I have absolutely no idea where I would put this considering my Miata does not have forced induction. I'm assuming just leave it disconnected until further notice.
Thank you for any help!
