MS Rpm Drop issue

MS Rpm Drop issue
Hello everyone,
I am having much issues with my DIY MS. I have a JimStim and when connected to that all is fine. When the ecu is in the car and the car is turned over, the rpm readout on Tunerstudio jumps from ~250 to 0. I heard that this is a major area of concern that is more than likely my issue. However I cannot find a solution to this. I read about an optoisolator which is installed on my board.
The car has been started and ran for approximately 20 seconds. Ever since it shut off, it has not started again. When a spark plug is pulled, I get one spark then nothing after that.
I've been doing a lot of reading and have tried everything I could tell was the issue.
I tried:
-Changing spark plugs (read that non-resisted plugs cause noise?)
-Changed coil packs
-Changed Ignitor
-Setting up different ignition setups on Tunerstudio from reading other peoples success stories
-Setting noise filter
Setup:
1.6L Stock ignition/cas
AE101 ITB's
DIY MS running in standalone
Someone else built my ECU for me, I will attach a picture of the ECU so you can see if the jumper wires and ignition setup is correct.
Sorry for the poor quality of the pics. If there is more detailed pics required I will post them ASAP.
I am extremely new to Megasquirt. I apologize for my ignorance, however if someone could provide some guidance that would be great. If I am missing anything to further help diagnose my issue just let me know and I will try to get the information as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Alright, so I tried to make a composite log and on the composite log I get absolutely nothing going across the screen. I assume it is safe to say that is an issue.
I still dont understand how the car ran for around 25 seconds on this exact setup.
But I will pass the information across to the person who is building and modding the MS for me.
Is there a link to the exact setup/modifications I need to make to this board work properly?
I appreciate the help guys.

Hey guys! Fantastic news, thanks to Brain and some help from other members, my car is now running and its amazing. Went for a small drive today and around 15 minutes in, billows of white smoke came from under the hood. I opened the hood and the coil packs were smoking! So, I have a set of spare coils, and I'm doing some research on what the problem could be. So I came to the conclusion more than likely its my dwell settings.
As of right now-
Maxiumum Dwell - 3.0
Acceleration Compensation - 1
Maximum Spark Duration - 1.5
Dwell Type - Standard Dwell
So, my specs are listed at the top of the page, and if I can get over this one last hurdle my car will be mint. Once again guys, thanks for all the help!
