Go to MSExtra, download the theory of operation for MS and Speed Density fueling. Read it. Try to understand it.
Download the Setting Up Manual and Tuner Studio Manual for the MS that you have. Read them. Try to understand them.
Make sure you have a tube running from your Imtake manifold to your MS MAP sensor.
Download the appropriate basemap from Trubokitty.com.
Load it onto your laptop and into your MS.
Then it might be safe for you to try to start your car, and drive it gently.

EDIT: Removed as previous advice was better.
2nd EDIT: This is old, but gives an over-view of Speed-Density and MS operation: http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/mfuel.htm
