Megasquirt Datalog: Take a Look.

Megasquirt Datalog: Take a Look.
Info:
1994 Miata base, no a/c, no p/s, stock engine wise besides a ricer filter on a DIY intake.
JAW DIY Wideband with bosch sensor and display.
Custom board based on the V2.2 PCB with a Megasquirt-I processor running ms&s-e 0.29v
Running DIYautotunes .msq just edited for my dwell and spark invert settings.
GM AIT, stock mazda CLT sensor, has NOT been easythermed.
The problems:
Cold starts are still an issue, rpm is too low, car wants to die moving at first.
Car goes PIG rich sometimes on letting off the gas, sometimes when idling. Map was just loaded now, quick drive, and posting the .msq and logfile.
The Wideband takes a few min to start reading, so ignore the perfect 14.7 afr at the beginning.
The good:
At WOT the car "feels" faster, and I am pretty sure it is.
Once it is warmed up idles GREAT, compared to before with my hacked maps.
Any info on what to change would be appreciated.
Was planning on going to the strip tommorow, would like to, but unless I can fix these issues, I am unsure of going.
Thanks in advance.
It seems I can't post attachments for some reason,

to fix the overly rich on lift condition I think you need to change your over-run settings. that's what determines how long after releasing the throttle it continues delivering fuel before cutting it back down. could be wrong here as my car is currently not tuned, still waiting on a WB cause I'm a cheap ****.

Check out this thread.

I created the .s19 file with easytherm, using the #'s that I needed. I assume the RX7 defaults are the same as the miata ones.

for the hardstart on cold check for Vaccuum leaks and then try jacking up your afterstart enrichments say 4-5% if this does not help then adjust your AIC, with the removal of the AFM, or in your case maf the flow reaching the TB might be abit more than it is used to and you could be leaing your self out, by reseting the AIC etc you can compensate for this. As the AIC is mostly effective on cold start as a sort of choke and when the AC is running the car will idle etc pretty well when it is hot, vs cold. I hope this helps

Ok, what am I doing wrong?
1. Reflash .29v firmware
2. Load megatune, reflash msq.
3. Open easytherm.
4. Change #'s in easytherm
5. Code version custom
6. hit write .s19 and .inc files
7. select msns-extra.s19
8. hit write to megasquirt
9. Jump bootloader pins and cycle power
10. Code should count up by lines, but it gets to 75 and stops, computer still seems to be doing stuff, wait a while and stops working (the pc)
11. Car will not fire anymore
12. Reflash to .29v and repeat.
Car runs when you skip the easytherm settings, but not as well as it did before I tried easytherm, harder to start.

gotta try esaytherm like 17 times...it will eventually work....
just click custom and go straight to download and use the mod file you created.
you could try using the MSII downloader and flash the MS with the same mod file.....but it's always taken me a few tries to get easytherm to upload...always freezes on 75 and 125, then finally goes.

Ok after a little bit of looking you have a wierd situation where your MAP sensor is reading 100kpa during many of your decelleration events at 0 Throttle position. I find this rather strange, but your Injector dutycycle's and Pulsewidths do not correspond for some reason and maybe this is just something that the PNP does for whatever reason, but it just seems odd.
Further, assuming you have the "JAW diy wideband", you need to open up your MSQ in megatune, go to:
FILE -> Configurator-> MSEXTRA029v -> Settings -> Settings -> Lambda Sensor
Then from this point I am really not sure what you would want to choose (as I do not know the specs of your sensor), but since your MSQ is telling the hardware that you have a narrowband when in fact you do not, It is screwing up your EGO correction which according to your datalog is turned on. (I believe its a 10-20v sensor since it seemed to get me the best results in megalogviewer, but idk)
Hopefully someone else can use this as a springboard to get you closer to a solution, good luck.

No clue about the 100kpa and 0 TPS. It would explain my pig rich settings at times.

my bad about the wideband, I forgot that it has to be set up whenever you download megatune and the MSQ does not transfer the config settings, so when I look at it, I should set it to the LC1 default in megalogviewer then correct?
Anyway, I think you should call DIY and ask about your tps/map thing

Did you get the code loaded successfully? If not, try grabbing our tuning software from this link:
http://www.megasquirtpnp.com/mspnp_downloads.htm
I believe the tuning software package on that link comes with pre-Easythermed S19 files and a batch file to download it.
