Hello, I am working on tuning my boost control with open loop. I have gotten pretty close to my target 12psi when doing a pull in a single gear. The problem arises when I shift gears. Boost spikes up to ~14psi and I hit overboost. My Open-Loop duty table looks similar to others I have seen. Not sure if I have some sort of tuning issue or if could be something mechanical? Closed loop is the answer. Open loop won't compensate for load changes from different gears. Tune your open loop so it is close. Setup closed loop.
