GM Flex fuel + Innovate + Megasquirt?

Hi all!
Posting my second question :-)
I've been running my NB with just the sensor and the Innovate gauge. Now when I'm going to connect it to the ECU I see that it will only accept frequency input and the Innovate gauge will only provide analog output.
Does anyone know if the sensor will drive both the gauge and the MS, or will I have to remove the gauge?
Cheers /J

I'm not quite sure I understand what you are trying to do given the title of the thread and the content in your post.
If what you have is some type of narrow band o2 sensor, that is not a wide band o2 sensor and controller with a gauge, then don't bother hooking up that sensor to the ECU as you already have the information you need being fed to the ECU.
Now if what you have is a wide band o2 sensor and controller from Innovate, then you can feed a gauge and the ECU. The ECU and gauge both work on analog signals of 0-5v. Instructions for how to do this are in the manual from Innovate. Make sure to install as per the manual, especially the part about the grounds or you will have some funky readings and voltage offsets.

I had the same confusion as you, I think I understand the question after thinking about it a bit, I just don't have the answer. OP only says NB in reference to the 2nd generation, there is no O2 sensor or wideband/narrowband involved. OP currently has an ethanol sensor that outputs frequency tied to an Innovate flex fuel gauge. The flex fuel gauge outputs an analog signal, however Megasquirt only expects a frequency signal for flex fuel. They want to know if they can split the frequency signal off of the ethanol sensor to both the Innovate gauge and the Megasquirt without causing issue.
