Getting a 96-97 PNP to work on a 94-95.
Ight guys help me out! I know what needs to be done and I know how to do it, I have to repin the connectors at the ECU in order for the MSPNP 96-97 to work on a 94-95. The problem that I am having is I suck at reading wire diagrams and cant find one that is really simple for me to simple swap the pins from OBDI-OBDII pinout. I have done some searching and have turned up a couple diagrams but I dont know what to make of them!
to prove my searching I found all this:
https://www.miataturbo.net/megasquirt-18/transplant-1997-pnp-into-1994-a-51442/
this kinda helps, but it 90-93 to 94-95. good info though
https://www.miataturbo.net/showthrea...hlight=harness
this leaded me to a couple diagrams.

I have never been to gifted in the electronics part of a car and easily get frustraded with wireing which is the big reason behing me posting making this thread. Can any of you help make this very simple for me? I dont wanna **** this up!
EDIT: I will do my best to document this as well as I can and post it all up in here for others to find later and make sombody elses life easier! I am still searching for more info, im just hoping this thread will help speed the process.

If you ask Brain nicely he might be able to build you an adapter harness. You would have to ask VERY nicely though (its not an easy job)
Its basically an OBD 2 to OBD 1 conversion harness for the miata I guess.

This will give you the pin-outs for OBD 1 and OBD 2 cars and show you how to re pin your harness.
Enjoy

see that would mean i would have to wait for one to pop up! all the ones i have seen are either 96-97 or 90-93. if i had the bucks to do it i would pay brain to make me exacty what i want, but alas it is not in my budget right now!
